A native of Zhenning County, Anshun City, Guizhou Province, graduated from Chongqing Institute of Architectural Engineering and founder of Huawei Technology Co., Ltd.

    In September 1991, Huawei rented the third floor of the industrial building in Haoye Village, Baoan County, Shenzhen as a place to develop program-controlled switches.
